When you arrive
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork. For follow-up visits, arriving a few minutes early is appreciated.
When you arrive, please come in, make yourself comfortable in the waiting area, and have a seat. Someone will be with you as soon as possible to welcome you and escort you to your treatment room.
To help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all patients, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile phone and keep conversations to a minimum while in the waiting area.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you have any questions before your visit, don't hesitate to contact us-we're happy to help.
